Introducing a revolution in not only communications but also accessory connectivity, the new GL2WAY Advanced CB system is a refreshing alternative to the higher priced OEM CB radio.
Proudly made in here the USA our standard unit comes preconfigured with CB radio onboard and will give you all the same features of the OEM CB with identical 2 plug installation, the system operates using all the factory controls and the display just like the Honda unit on all 2012+ bikes.
With just the addition of some inexpensive cables we are able to offer a level of audio integration that you would normally cost you hundreds of dollars more for expensive aftermarket interfaces
Add On Cables And Options
GPS Cable
No longer will you need to tie up the AUX connection to hear your GPS.
This option will give you an audio input for an aftermarket GPS and will route the audio (mono) into the OEM audio system just like the OEM navigation system, so you can listen to any audio input CD.FM, etc and still hear the GPS directions, this interface is also ideal for a radar detector input.
There is also an optional MIC output adaptor to the GPS to allow for Bluetooth phone use if your GPS is suitably equipped.
Please note that our current software does not include a roger beep function, we may add this on later software versions if there is a demand
2ND Radio Cable
Increasingly we are seeing riders groups move away from CB radio and onto the more modern FRS or GMRS radios.
This cable will allow the integration of these radios allowing use of the bikes factory PTT and volume functions.
The second radio will work in parallel with the CB radio so you will hear audio from both and you will be able to switch your transmission from one radio to the other using the factory controls.
A further benefit of this connection is that if you just occasionally need a CB radio you can choose to order without our CB radio module and use an inexpensive handheld portable CB radio over which you will have PTT and volume control, and then later on if your needs change you can add our CB radio module. (Note For Handheld CB Use You Will Still Need To Install A CB Antenna To Avoid Interference Issues)
If you just want FRS/GMRS operation you can also order without the CB radio module.
